The Producer’s Report #115 – Post-it Paradise

All the information on post-its that Ian talked about in his last post and collected together in the photo above have now been added to a master marketing plan management spreadsheet (wow that’s a mouthful). It’s quite frankly, an awesome tool for organization that Nate has created to help keep us focused on the most needful tasks leading up to the Premiere of Project London and beyond.

So this morning we had a virtual meeting with our Lead Sound Editors. We hammered out our file-naming convention, storage location folder structure and plans for getting the Project London Sound Design Team rolling. Pretty exciting.

Also, Ian continues to work on a round of improvements to the movie that we are very excited about. It’s going to take the experience to a whole new level. Guaranteed. How can I know this? Because I’ve read the updated script that Ian proposed and it’s golden!
