We had a blast at the 2014 Emerald City Comicon. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and picked up a copy of Project London and other merchandise. This was easily our best show ever with people asking for Project Manhattan (prequel novella), the Project London graphic novel, and the Project London Soundtrack album in addition to copies of the movie. So very exciting! We are asking everyone we met at the show to tell us on Facebook what it was like having their planet eaten by Project London. See our photos from the show on Flickr.
A very exciting thing happened on the first day of the Emerald City Comicon. We launched a Kickstarter campaign in partnership with Thunder Frog Studios to turn Project Manhattan into a graphic novel and motion comic. Please consider helping us out.
One of the very cool items created every year for the Emerald City Comicon is the Monsters and Dames Artbook. It’s used as a fundraiser for Seattle Children’s Hospital and this year, Project London submitted some very cool artwork that was included in the book. You can now purchase an 8×10 print of the Project London artwork autographed by Jen Page! We couldn’t release it before the show.
And now, I get to finally tell you the secret I’ve been keeping for an entire week. Project London has been accepted into the Seattle True Independent Film Festival (STIFF)! We are super excited about this. If you want to get tickets, you will want to act fast. There are a lot of local cast and crew who will want to see it on the big screen with their friends. Tickets go on sale today!
